| Awalnya kami tidak tertarik menggunakan produk Remanufaktur. Tetapi karena pak Indra dari Firsttone terus menerus menawarkan trial kepada kami serta memberikan jaminan bahwa pihak Firsttone akan mengganti kerusakan pada printer laserjet kami apabila terjadi kerusakan yg disebabkan oleh toner remanufaktur Firsttone.
Maka akhirnya kami mencoba produk remanufaktur Firsttone dan ternyata hasil cetaknya bagus, hitam pekat seperti yg original dan kami memutuskan untuk kontrak Dengan pihak Firsttone.
Sekarang sudah berjalan hampir 2 tahun dan sejauh ini kami sangat puas dengan support yg diberikan oleh Firsttone. |

| I Just confused when Mr. Indra came to me & said the Refill Proceed can be done in 15 Minutes, so I agreed to have a refill, the day after the mobile station arrived at my office & the Firsttone staff took my empty & back in 15 Minutes from the car, so fast. |
